If you run a business in Tokyo for less than five years since registration or are planning to start a business in Tokyo, you, both a corporation or sole proprietor, may be eligible for Tokyo Start-up Subsidy. Posse Nippon assists in applying, including paper works. More specifically, I'll interview with a client in English and draft a business plan in Japanese, an essential document for the application, based on the interview.
In a nutshell, the subsidy application can be annoying for preparing red-tape documents but useful if you have a well-prepared plan.
